Program Description
EVA is a virtual assistant used by Bagell and its clients to send appointment reminders, updates, and responses that customers have opted in to receive.
Message Types and Frequency
Customers may receive appointment reminders, confirmations, follow-ups, general updates, and responses to their messages. Message frequency varies.
Opt-In
To opt in, customers may provide their mobile phone number on our website form, or text the keyword JOIN to +1 (833) 527-3730. By opting in, customers agree to receive recurring SMS messages from Bagell and EVA, including appointment reminders, updates, and responses. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

Opt-Out
You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.
